Welcome to T2T SIMPLE LTD. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”, “Agreement”, or “T&C”) govern your use of our website located at t2tsimple.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of any products from us, including but not limited to wicker baskets, rattan products, garden baskets, and outdoor storage solutions.

Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our Site or placing an order. By accessing or using any part of the Site, or by purchasing any product from T2T SIMPLE LTD, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you may not access the website or use any of our services.

These Terms apply to all users of the Site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content. Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to these Terms.

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings set forth below:

  • “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our” : T2T SIMPLE LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, with its registered address at 27 Old Gloucester Street, LONDON WC1N 3AX, UNITED KINGDOM.

  • “Customer”, “you”, “your” : Any individual or entity that accesses the Site, browses our products, or places an order with us.

  • “Site” : Our website located at t2tsimple.com, including all subdomains, pages, and content.

  • “Products” : The wicker baskets, rattan products, garden baskets, outdoor storage items, and any other goods offered for sale on the Site, with prices typically ranging from $4 to $8 USD.

  • “Order” : A request submitted by you through the Site to purchase one or more Products.

  • “Order Confirmation” : An email sent by us to you acknowledging receipt of your Order. This does not constitute acceptance of the Order.

  • “Shipping Confirmation” : An email sent by us to you indicating that your Order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

  • “Stripe” : Our third-party payment processor, Stripe, Inc., which handles all payment transactions securely.

  • “Carrier” : Any shipping company (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or local postal services) used to deliver Products to you.

  • “Business Day” : Any day other than Saturday, Sunday, or public holidays observed in the United Kingdom (where our office is located) or the United States (where most customers are located). For clarity, shipping and customer service responses may be delayed on UK bank holidays.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

By using our Site or placing an Order, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence). If you are under 18, you may only use the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

2.2 Account Registration

You are not required to create an account to browse our Site or make a purchase. However, we offer optional account registration that allows you to save your shipping addresses, view order history, and track returns more easily.

If you choose to register an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

  • Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.

  • Notify us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

  • Be fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not you authorized them.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.

2.3 Accuracy of Contact Information

You agree to provide a valid email address, phone number, and shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for Orders that are delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete contact information provided by you.

3. Products and Pricing

3.1 Product Descriptions

We strive to display our Products as accurately as possible through text descriptions, dimensions, materials, and photographs. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, or other content on the Site are error-free, complete, or current.

Wicker and rattan are natural materials. Slight variations in color, grain, weave tightness, and size are normal and do not constitute defects. The actual product may differ slightly from the photographs due to lighting, screen settings, and the handmade nature of our items.

3.2 Pricing

All prices displayed on the Site are in United States Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of shipping charges, unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight/dimensions of your Order.

Our prices range from $4 to $8 per product for standard items. Promotional discounts, bulk pricing, and clearance items may be offered from time to time. Discount codes must be applied at checkout; we cannot retroactively apply discounts to completed Orders.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. However, price changes will not affect Orders for which you have already received an Order Confirmation (subject to Section 4 below).

3.3 Taxes and Duties

For customers in the United States: T2T SIMPLE LTD is a UK-based company and does not collect state sales tax. You are solely responsible for any use tax or other taxes that may be due in your state.

For international customers: You are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, value-added tax (VAT), or other charges imposed by your country’s customs authority. These fees are not included in the price you pay to us. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or for any refusal to pay such fees. If you refuse to pay customs fees and the package is abandoned or returned to us, we will refund the product price (minus original shipping and any return shipping costs) only after we receive the returned item in resalable condition.

3.4 Typographical Errors

In the event that a Product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Orders placed for that Product, even if you have received an Order Confirmation. If your credit card has already been charged and we cancel your Order, we will issue a full refund.

4. Orders and Acceptance

4.1 Order Placement

When you place an Order through our Site, you are making an offer to purchase the Products in your cart at the prices and terms stated. All Orders are subject to our acceptance.

4.2 Order Confirmation vs. Acceptance

  • Order Confirmation: After you click “Place Order,” you will receive an automated email acknowledging that we have received your Order. This email is not an acceptance of your Order – it is a confirmation that we have received your request.

  • Acceptance: Acceptance occurs only when we send you a Shipping Confirmation email indicating that your Order has been dispatched from our warehouse. At that point, a binding contract is formed between you and T2T SIMPLE LTD for the Products specified in the Shipping Confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Order for any reason prior to shipment, including but not limited to:

  • The Product is out of stock (if an item is unexpectedly unavailable, we will notify you and offer a substitute or refund).

  • We suspect fraud or unauthorized transaction.

  • The shipping address is invalid or cannot be verified.

  • You have violated these Terms in the past.

  • A pricing error occurred as described in Section 3.4.

4.3 Order Limits

We reserve the right to limit the quantity of Products purchased per person, per household, or per Order. These limits may apply to Orders placed using the same account, same credit card, or same billing/shipping address. If we cancel part of your Order due to quantity limits, we will notify you and refund the affected items.

4.4 Modifying or Canceling an Order

Before you receive a Shipping Confirmation, you may request to modify or cancel your Order by emailing marga.trading.amz@gmail.com or calling Phone: +84 0585824143 as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes if your Order has already entered our fulfillment process.

After you receive a Shipping Confirmation, you may not modify or cancel the Order. You may, however, return the Products in accordance with our Refund and Return Policy.

5. Payment Methods and Processing

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept:

  • Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover

  • Debit cards (with Visa or Mastercard logo)

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

We do not accept PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Afterpay, Klarna, wire transfers, checks, money orders, or cash.

5.2 Authorization and Capture

When you place an Order, Stripe sends an authorization request to your bank. This reduces your available credit or holds funds in your debit account. We do not actually capture (charge) the funds until we ship your Order. If we cannot ship your Order for any reason, we will void the authorization, and your bank will release the hold (typically within 3–7 business days).

5.3 Billing Information

You represent and warrant that the billing information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. We may use third‑party fraud detection services to verify your information. Providing false or unauthorized payment information may constitute a violation of law.

5.4 Failed Payments

If your payment is declined, your Order will not be processed. You will receive an error message at checkout. We do not store declined payment information. Please contact your bank or try another payment method.

5.5 Currency Conversion

For customers paying with a non‑USD card, Stripe will convert the USD amount to your local currency using the exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Your bank may charge an additional foreign transaction fee. We are not responsible for such fees.

6. Shipping and Delivery

6.1 Shipping Destinations

We ship to addresses within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories such as Puerto Rico and Guam, though delivery times may be longer) and to select international countries. The full list of international destinations is available at checkout. If your country is not listed, we do not currently ship there.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for international orders (US domestic P.O. Boxes may be accepted but at your own risk of delivery delays). We also do not ship to military APO/FPO addresses at this time.

6.2 Shipping Methods and Carriers

We primarily use USPS, UPS, and FedEx for US deliveries. International orders are shipped via the most reliable carrier available (e.g., DHL, USPS International, or local postal partners). You will receive a tracking number in your Shipping Confirmation email.

6.3 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your Order. We offer standard shipping (5–7 business days for US mainland) and, where available, expedited shipping (2–3 business days) at an additional cost.

Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time (e.g., on orders over a certain amount). Any such promotion will be clearly stated on the Site.

6.4 Delivery Timeframes

The estimated delivery times provided at checkout and in your Shipping Confirmation are estimates only, not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs processing (for international orders), or other factors beyond our control.

Estimated US delivery: 5–7 business days after shipment for standard shipping; 2–3 business days for expedited.
Estimated international delivery: 10–20 business days, depending on destination.

We are not liable for any delays caused by the carrier or customs.

6.5 Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss for Products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. This means that once the carrier has possession of your package, we are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage that occurs during transit. However, if your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We will help you file a claim with the carrier and, depending on the circumstances, may offer a replacement or refund as a courtesy (see our Refund and Return Policy for damaged items).

6.6 Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address and the package is returned to us by the carrier, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to re-send the package. If you refuse delivery of a package without prior agreement, we will refund the product price minus original shipping and any return shipping fees charged by the carrier.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Refund and Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The key provisions are summarized here, but please refer to the full policy for complete details.

7.1 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to initiate a return for most products.

7.2 Condition Requirements

Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging (or reasonable equivalent). We do not accept returns of used, washed, damaged-by-customer, or altered items.

7.3 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, wrong item), we provide a prepaid shipping label.

  • If the return is due to change of mind or incorrect sizing/color choice by you, you pay return shipping. No restocking fee is charged.

7.4 Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.

7.5 Non-Returnable Items

Clearance items marked “Final Sale,” gift cards, and products damaged by the customer are non-returnable.

7.6 Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days with photos. We will offer a free replacement or full refund including original shipping.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

8.1 Our Content

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, videos, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of T2T SIMPLE LTD or its content suppliers and is protected by United Kingdom, United States, and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, or transmit any of our content without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use (e.g., saving a product image for your own reference).

8.2 Trademarks

The T2T SIMPLE LTD name, logo, and any product names, taglines, or designs are our trademarks or trade dress. You may not use them without our express permission.

8.3 Copyright Infringement Claims

If you believe that any content on our Site infringes your copyright, please contact us at marga.trading.amz@gmail.com with:

  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.

  • The URL or location on our Site of the allegedly infringing material.

  • Your contact information (name, address, email, phone).

  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized.

  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

We will respond promptly to valid copyright infringement notices.

9. Prohibited Uses and User Conduct

In addition to other prohibitions set forth in these Terms, you are prohibited from using the Site or its content:

  • For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.

  • To violate any international, federal, provincial, state, or local regulations, rules, laws, or ordinances.

  • To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.

  • To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability.

  • To submit false or misleading information.

  • To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Site.

  • To collect or track the personal information of others without their consent.

  • To spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape.

  • For any obscene or immoral purpose.

  • To interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Site.

We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Site or any related service for violating any prohibited uses.

10. Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to ensure that information on the Site – including product descriptions, pricing, availability, and shipping estimates – is accurate and current. However, we do not warrant that such information is error‑free, complete, or up‑to‑date.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have placed an Order) to the extent permitted by law.

The material on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only. It should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete, or timelier sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this Site is at your own risk.

11. Third-Party Links and Tools

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us (e.g., Stripe’s payment page, social media platforms, or shipping carrier tracking pages). We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.

We may also provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind.

Any use by you of optional tools offered through the Site is entirely at your own risk and discretion, and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).

12. User Comments, Feedback, and Submissions

If you send us certain specific submissions (e.g., product reviews, testimonials, suggestions, ideas, or other materials) either online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, “Comments”), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate, and otherwise use in any medium any Comments that you forward to us.

We are and shall be under no obligation:

  • To maintain any Comments in confidence.

  • To pay compensation for any Comments.

  • To respond to any Comments.

We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit, or remove content that we determine in our sole discretion to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, or otherwise objectionable or that violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms.

You agree that your Comments will not violate any right of any third-party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality, or other personal or proprietary right. You further agree that your Comments will not contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive, or obscene material, or contain any computer virus or other malware that could in any way affect the operation of the Site.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE PROVIDE THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • THE SITE OR OUR SERVICES WILL FUNCTION UNINTERRUPTED, SECURELY, OR AVAILABLE AT ANY PARTICULAR TIME OR LOCATION.

  • ANY ERRORS OR DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

  • THE SITE OR OUR SERVERS ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

  • THE PRODUCTS WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS OR REQUIREMENTS (EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN OUR REFUND AND RETURN POLICY).

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL T2T SIMPLE LTD, OUR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, INTERNS, SUPPLIERS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH:

  • YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR OUR PRODUCTS.

  • ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SECURE SERVERS AND/OR ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN.

  • ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM THE SITE.

  • ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, OR THE LIKE THAT MAY BE TRANSMITTED TO OR THROUGH THE SITE BY ANY THIRD PARTY.

  • ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT OR FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE INCURRED AS A RESULT OF THE USE OF ANY CONTENT POSTED, EMAILED, TRANSMITTED, OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE.

IN JURISDICTIONS THAT DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR THE PRODUCT THAT GAVE RISE TO THE CLAIM (OR, IF NO PURCHASE WAS MADE, THE AMOUNT OF $10 USD).

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless T2T SIMPLE LTD and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns, and employees, from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of:

  • Your breach of these Terms or the documents they incorporate by reference.

  • Your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

  • Your use of the Site or any Product in a manner not authorized by these Terms.

  • Any content or Comments you submit to us.

This indemnification obligation survives termination of these Terms and your use of the Site.

16. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of our obligations under these Terms (including but not limited to order fulfillment, shipping, or customer service response) to the extent that such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Acts of God (earthquakes, floods, storms, fires, pandemics, epidemics).

  • War, hostilities, terrorism, civil unrest, or military actions.

  • Embargoes, sanctions, or other governmental actions (including border closures).

  • Labor disputes or strikes (not involving our own employees).

  • Carrier delays, transportation interruptions, or postal service failures.

  • Cyberattacks, system failures, or internet outages.

  • Supplier or manufacturing disruptions (provided we have used reasonable efforts to secure alternative sources).

In the event of a force majeure event, we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable and will use commercially reasonable efforts to resume performance. If the event continues for more than 30 days, either party may cancel any affected Orders without liability, and we will issue refunds for any prepaid but unshipped Orders.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

17.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

17.2 Dispute Resolution – Informal Negotiation

Before filing any claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at marga.trading.amz@gmail.com. We will attempt to resolve the dispute internally within 30 days of receiving your notice. Most disputes are resolved amicably at this stage.

17.3 Binding Arbitration

If the dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation, you and T2T SIMPLE LTD agree to resolve any claim, dispute, or controversy (excluding claims for injunctive or other equitable relief) through binding arbitration administered by the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) under its rules in effect at the time of filing. The arbitration shall be conducted in London, United Kingdom, in the English language. The arbitrator’s award shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action, consolidated action, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

17.4 Exceptions to Arbitration

Notwithstanding the above, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court (if the claim qualifies) or seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of a party’s intellectual property rights.

17.5 Limitation on Time to File Claims

Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, regardless of any statute or law to the contrary. Failure to file within that period bars the claim permanently.

18. Privacy and Data Protection

Your submission of personal information through the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

By using the Site, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

19. Severability and Waiver

19.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

19.2 Waiver

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. No waiver by us of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of ours to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund and Return Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other legal notices or policies posted on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and T2T SIMPLE LTD regarding your use of the Site and your purchase of Products, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of these Terms).

Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms shall not be construed against the drafting party.

21. Termination

21.1 Termination by You

You may terminate this Agreement at any time by ceasing to use the Site and by closing any account you have with us (if applicable). Termination does not affect any obligations that accrued prior to termination, including payment obligations for Orders already placed.

21.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Site or your account, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:
