1. Why We Chose Stripe – The Gold Standard in Online Payments

When we launched T2T SIMPLE LTD, we knew that trust would be our most valuable currency. Customers need to feel safe entering their payment information on any website – especially a newer brand like ours. After researching dozens of payment processors, we selected Stripe for one simple reason: Stripe is the industry leader in security, reliability, and ease of use.

What Makes Stripe So Special?

Stripe processes billions of dollars in transactions every year for businesses ranging from small Etsy shops to Fortune 500 companies like Amazon (for certain services), Shopify, Lyft, and Zoom. When you pay with Stripe, you are using the same infrastructure that powers some of the largest e-commerce platforms in the world.

Key advantages of Stripe for our customers:

  • Level 1 PCI Compliance – The highest possible security rating for payment processors. This means Stripe meets or exceeds all requirements set by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council.

  • End-to-End Encryption – Your credit card number is encrypted the moment you type it and never touches our servers. Not even our team at T2T SIMPLE LTD can see your full card number.

  • Machine Learning Fraud Detection – Stripe’s algorithms analyze every transaction for suspicious patterns (unusual location, high order value, rapid multiple attempts) and can block fraudulent charges before they go through.

  • 3D Secure Authentication – For certain cards and transactions, Stripe uses 3D Secure (Verified by Visa, Mastercard SecureCode) to add an extra verification step via your bank. This drastically reduces unauthorized use.

  • Fast, Automated Refunds – When we approve a refund, Stripe processes it back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. No waiting weeks for a check in the mail.

Stripe’s Global Reach

Because we ship to customers across the United States and internationally, Stripe allows us to accept payments in multiple currencies, handle different card types, and comply with local banking regulations. Whether you have a US-issued card, a Canadian debit card, or a European credit card, Stripe can process it seamlessly.

No Hidden Fees for You

We pay Stripe a small transaction fee (typically 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction). But we never pass that cost to you. The price you see on our website – between $4 and $8 per product – is exactly what you pay. No surprise surcharges, no “convenience fees,” no monthly subscription fees for using a credit card.

2. All Payment Methods We Accept

T2T SIMPLE LTD currently accepts the following payment methods. Each one is processed securely through Stripe.

Credit Cards

We accept all four major credit card networks:

Card Type Accepted Notes
Visa ✅ Yes Most widely accepted worldwide
Mastercard ✅ Yes Second most common
American Express ✅ Yes Slightly higher fees for us, but we gladly accept it
Discover ✅ Yes Fully supported

Credit card features:

  • You can use any credit card issued in any country.

  • Rewards points, cashback, and miles still apply (Stripe does not interfere with your card’s rewards program).

  • We support both one-time payments and future payments (if you save your card for faster checkout – we never store your CVV).

Debit Cards

We accept debit cards that are co-branded with Visa or Mastercard. Most US bank-issued debit cards fall into this category.

Important notes for debit card users:

  • Your bank may place a temporary hold on funds for up to 3–5 business days. This is normal and not controlled by T2T SIMPLE LTD.

  • If your debit card transaction is declined, check your available balance. Our typical order total is between $4 and $40 (for multiple items), but some banks have low daily spending limits for online purchases.

  • We do not accept pre-paid gift cards that lack a Visa/Mastercard logo or that require registration. However, many pre-paid Visa/Mastercard gift cards work if they are activated and have sufficient balance.

Apple Pay

Apple Pay is available for customers using:

  • iPhone (Safari browser on iOS 13 or later)

  • iPad (Safari)

  • Mac (macOS Sierra or later, with Touch ID or Apple Watch)

  • Apple Watch (for in-app payments – limited to certain scenarios)

How Apple Pay works with Stripe:

  • When you choose Apple Pay at checkout, a pop-up window appears showing your default card.

  • You authenticate using Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode.

  • Stripe receives a tokenized payment (not your actual card number) and processes the transaction.

  • Your billing and shipping information (if stored in Apple Pay) auto-fills, saving you time.

Advantages of Apple Pay:

  • Your real card number is never shared with our website or Stripe. Apple Pay uses a unique Device Account Number.

  • Faster checkout – no typing 16 digits.

  • Biometric authentication prevents unauthorized use even if someone steals your phone (they would need your face or fingerprint).

Google Pay

Google Pay is available for customers using:

  • Android devices (Chrome browser or any browser supporting Google Pay API)

  • Chrome browser on Windows, Mac, Linux, or Chromebook (if you are signed into your Google account with saved payment methods)

How Google Pay works with Stripe:

  • You select Google Pay at checkout.

  • A Google Pay sheet appears showing your saved cards.

  • You authenticate using your screen lock (PIN, pattern, password, or biometrics).

  • Stripe receives encrypted payment credentials and completes the transaction.

Advantages of Google Pay:

  • Works across devices – from phones to desktop computers.

  • Google’s fraud protection adds another layer of security.

  • You can store multiple cards and switch between them easily.

What about PayPal, Venmo, or Afterpay?
Currently, T2T SIMPLE LTD does not accept PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Afterpay, Klarna, or other buy-now-pay-later services. We may add them in the future based on customer demand. For now, we focus on providing the most secure and universally available options via Stripe. If you strongly prefer PayPal, please email us at marga.trading.amz@gmail.com – we will note your feedback.

3. How to Pay Using Each Method (Step-by-Step)

We want every customer to feel confident during checkout. Below are detailed instructions for each payment method on our website, t2tsimple.com.

Paying with a Credit or Debit Card

Step 1: Add the wicker baskets, garden planters, or other products you want to your shopping cart.
Step 2: Click the cart icon (top right corner) and then click “Proceed to Checkout.”
Step 3: Enter your shipping address, email address, and phone number (for shipping updates).
Step 4: Under the “Payment Method” section, select “Credit Card / Debit Card.”
Step 5: Enter your card number, expiration date (MM/YY), and CVV/CVC (the 3-digit code on the back of Visa/Mastercard/Discover, or 4-digit on the front of Amex).
Step 6: Enter the billing address associated with your card (this must match your bank’s records).
Step 7: Review your order total (products + shipping – any discount code).
Step 8: Click “Place Order.”
Step 9: Wait for the green confirmation message. You will also receive an email confirmation within minutes.

Pro tip: If you want to save your card for future purchases, check the box “Save this card for faster checkout.” We only store a tokenized reference – never your CVV or full number.

Paying with Apple Pay

Prerequisites: You must be using an Apple device with Safari (iOS/macOS) and have a valid card added to Apple Wallet.

Step 1: Add items to cart and proceed to checkout as above.
Step 2: In the payment section, click “Apple Pay.”
Step 3: A pop-up window will appear showing your default card, shipping address, and contact information.
Step 4: Authenticate using Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode.
Step 5: If you have multiple cards, tap “Next” to select a different card.
Step 6: Double-check the shipping address (you can edit it within the Apple Pay sheet).
Step 7: Press “Pay with [Card Nickname]” – the transaction completes instantly.
Step 8: You will see a confirmation on your device screen and receive an email from us.

Note: Apple Pay does not work on non-Apple devices or browsers other than Safari. If you are using Chrome on an iPhone, Apple Pay may still appear – but we recommend using Safari for the smoothest experience.

Paying with Google Pay

Prerequisites: You must be signed into a Google account with at least one payment method saved. Works on Android, Chrome browser (desktop), or any browser that supports Google Pay.

Step 1: Add items to cart and go to checkout.
Step 2: Under payment methods, select “Google Pay.”
Step 3: A Google Pay sheet will open. Choose the card you want to use.
Step 4: Authenticate using your device’s screen lock (PIN, pattern, password, or fingerprint). On desktop, you may need to confirm via your phone.
Step 5: Verify the shipping address (Google Pay may pre-fill it from your Google account).
Step 6: Click “Continue” or “Pay.”
Step 7: Order confirmed – email on the way.

Troubleshooting Google Pay:

  • If the Google Pay button does not appear, clear your browser cache or try a different browser.

  • Ensure you are not using an incognito/private window (some browsers block payment APIs in private mode).

  • Update Chrome to the latest version.

4. Security Features That Protect Your Money

We know that online payment security is a top concern for shoppers. Here is an in-depth look at how Stripe and T2T SIMPLE LTD work together to keep your financial data safe.

PCI DSS Compliance

The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is a set of strict requirements that any business processing credit cards must follow. Stripe is certified as a Level 1 PCI Service Provider – the highest level of certification. This means:

  • Stripe undergoes annual on-site audits by qualified security assessors.

  • Stripe maintains robust network security, encryption, and access controls.

  • Stripe regularly tests its systems for vulnerabilities.

Because we use Stripe’s pre-built payment form (called Stripe Elements), your card data goes directly from your browser to Stripe’s servers. We never see, transmit, or store your full card number. This reduces our risk and, more importantly, your risk.

Tokenization

When you make a payment, Stripe replaces your sensitive card details with a unique digital token. This token can only be used for that specific transaction (or for future transactions if you authorize saved payments). Even if a hacker intercepted the token, it would be useless for any other website or purchase.

HTTPS & TLS Encryption

Our entire website, including the checkout page, uses HTTPS with TLS 1.3 – the strongest encryption protocol available. Your connection to t2tsimple.com is secure, meaning no third party can eavesdrop on the data exchanged between your browser and our server.

3D Secure (3DS) Authentication

For certain transactions, Stripe will trigger 3D Secure. This is an additional verification step where your bank sends you a one-time passcode via SMS, email, or their mobile app. You must enter that code to complete the purchase.

Why does 3DS happen?

  • Your bank may consider the transaction high-risk (e.g., first time buying from our website, or large order size).

  • The card issuer requires 3DS for all online transactions in certain countries.

  • Stripe’s fraud detection may flag the transaction for extra verification.

Is 3DS safe? Yes. It prevents someone who stole your card number from using it without also having access to your phone or email.

Fraud Detection

Stripe Radar – Stripe’s built-in fraud detection tool – uses machine learning to analyze hundreds of signals per transaction, including:

  • Is the IP address location consistent with the billing address?

  • Has this card been used fraudulently elsewhere?

  • Is the device fingerprint known or suspicious?

  • Are there unusually many attempts from the same IP?

Suspicious transactions are automatically blocked. Legitimate but borderline transactions may be allowed but flagged for manual review by our team. In rare cases, we may email you to verify your identity before shipping your order.

What T2T SIMPLE LTD Does Not Store

We want to be crystal clear about what data we never have access to:

  • Your full credit or debit card number

  • Your CVV/CVC security code

  • Your card’s PIN

  • Your bank account login credentials

We only store: your order history, shipping address, email, phone number, and a tokenized reference (for saved cards, if you chose that option). Even that tokenized reference cannot be used without our Stripe account’s private key.

5. What Happens After You Pay – Order Confirmation Process

After you click “Place Order” or authenticate with Apple/Google Pay, Stripe performs a series of actions in milliseconds:

  1. Authorization: Stripe contacts your bank to ask: “Does this customer have sufficient funds/credit? Is the CVV correct? Is the card not expired?”

  2. Hold: If approved, your bank places a temporary hold on the funds (for debit cards) or reduces your available credit (for credit cards).

  3. Response: Stripe sends a success or decline message to our website.

  4. Order Creation: If successful, our website creates an order in our system, assigns an order number, and sends you a confirmation email.

  5. Capture: We do not actually “capture” the funds (transfer them to our bank account) until we ship your order. This is a safety feature – if we cannot fulfill your order for any reason, we can void the authorization without ever charging you.

Timeline:

  • Authorization happens instantly (less than 5 seconds).

  • Confirmation email arrives within 2–5 minutes (check your spam folder if not in inbox).

  • Capture occurs when your order is packed and labeled (usually 1–2 business days after order).

  • Your bank’s statement will show “T2T SIMPLE LTD” or “STRIPE*T2TSIMPLE” as the merchant name.

What if you do not receive a confirmation email?

  • First, check your spam/junk folder.

  • If still not found, email us at marga.trading.amz@gmail.com with your name and approximate order time. We can manually resend the confirmation.

6. Payment Declined? Common Reasons and Solutions

It can be frustrating when your payment is declined. Do not worry – most declines are easy to fix. Here are the most common reasons Stripe declines a transaction, along with what you can do.

Decline Reason What It Means How to Fix
Insufficient funds Your debit card does not have enough balance, or your credit card has exceeded its limit. Check your balance/limit. Use a different card or wait for funds to clear.
Incorrect CVV You entered the wrong 3-digit (or 4-digit for Amex) security code. Look at your physical card and re-enter carefully.
Expired card The expiration date you entered is before today’s date. Use a different card or contact your bank for a replacement.
Address mismatch The billing address you entered does not match what your bank has on file. Enter the exact address associated with your card (including ZIP code).
Card not supported Some prepaid cards, corporate purchasing cards, or foreign cards may not be supported by Stripe. Use a different card (Visa/Mastercard/Amex/Discover standard consumer card).
Bank declined for fraud suspicion Your bank flagged our website as unfamiliar and blocked the transaction to protect you. Call your bank’s fraud department and tell them you authorize the purchase. Then try again.
3D Secure failure You failed to complete the 3DS authentication step (e.g., did not enter the code in time). Try again and watch for the 3DS pop-up. Complete it within 60 seconds.
Stripe Radar block Stripe’s fraud detection system flagged your transaction as high-risk (e.g., from a known fraudulent IP or with unusual patterns). Email us at marga.trading.amz@gmail.com – we can manually review and possibly whitelist your order.

General troubleshooting:

  • Wait 10 minutes and try again (some banks temporarily lock cards after a decline).

  • Use a different browser or device.

  • Clear your browser cache and cookies.

  • Try using Apple Pay or Google Pay instead of entering card details manually.

  • If all else fails, email us. We cannot see your card number, but we can see the decline code Stripe provides and help you interpret it.

7. Refunds, Chargebacks, and Disputes Explained

Because Stripe handles all payment processing, refunds and disputes follow Stripe’s standard procedures. We have designed our policies to be fair and transparent.

How Refunds Work

When you request a refund (for example, under our 30-day return policy), here is the process:

  1. You email marga.trading.amz@gmail.com with your order number and reason.

  2. We approve the refund (or ask for more information).

  3. We initiate the refund in Stripe.

  4. Stripe sends the money back to your original payment method.

  5. You receive an email confirmation from Stripe (or see the refund on your bank statement).

Timing:

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we approve them.

  • Your bank may take an additional 2–3 business days to make the funds available.

  • Credit cards: refund appears as a credit on your next statement.

  • Debit cards: refund goes back to your bank account balance.

  • Apple Pay / Google Pay: refund goes to the underlying card (not to Apple/Google balance).

Partial refunds: We can issue partial refunds if only some items are returned or if there is a minor defect that you want to keep with a discount.

Refund to expired card: If the card you used has expired, Stripe can still process the refund. Your bank will credit the associated account. If the account is closed, the refund may fail – in that case, we will contact you for alternative arrangements.

Chargebacks – What They Are and How to Avoid Them

A chargeback is when you ask your credit card issuer (not us) to reverse a charge. This is typically done through your bank’s dispute process. Chargebacks are designed for fraud situations (e.g., someone stole your card) or when a merchant refuses to honor their refund policy.

Please do not file a chargeback without contacting us first. Here is why:

  • Chargebacks cost us fees ($15–$30 per chargeback) and can hurt our reputation with Stripe.

  • If you have a legitimate issue (wrong item, damaged product, late shipping), we will happily refund you directly – which is faster for you anyway.

  • If you file a chargeback while also requesting a refund from us, Stripe will freeze the funds and the process becomes messy.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, follow these steps instead of a chargeback:

  1. Email us at marga.trading.amz@gmail.com with your order number and a clear description of the problem.

  2. Give us 24–48 hours to respond. We almost always resolve issues in your favor if they are our fault.

  3. If we refuse a legitimate refund (which is extremely rare), then you may consider a chargeback. But we promise to be reasonable.

When chargebacks are appropriate:

  • You did not authorize the transaction (fraud).

  • You never received the product and we refuse to refund.

  • The product is significantly different from what was described and we refuse a return.

In all other cases, contact us first.

8. Currency, Pricing, and International Payments

Currency

All prices on t2tsimple.com are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) . This is true even for customers shopping from Canada, Australia, Europe, or other countries. We do this because the vast majority of our customers are in the US, and it simplifies pricing.

If you are shopping from outside the US, your credit card issuer or bank will convert the USD amount to your local currency at their exchange rate. Stripe does not charge any additional currency conversion fees, but your bank might. Please check with your bank for their international transaction fees.

International Payment Acceptance

Thanks to Stripe’s global reach, we can accept cards issued in almost any country. However, please note:

  • We ship internationally to many countries, but not all. Check our [Shipping Policy] for the current list.

  • If your billing address is outside the US but you want the order shipped to a US address, that is fine.

  • Some non-US cards may require 3D Secure authentication, which is supported.

Pricing Transparency

We never add hidden fees. The price you see per product ($4–$8) plus the calculated shipping cost (displayed at checkout) is your total. Stripe does not add a surcharge for using a credit card. We do not charge membership fees or recurring fees.

Sales tax: Because T2T SIMPLE LTD is based in the United Kingdom, we do not collect US state sales tax. However, you may be required to pay use tax to your state. Please consult your local tax laws. For international orders, you may be subject to import duties or VAT – those are your responsibility.

9. Frequently Asked Questions About Payments

Q1: Is it safe to enter my credit card information on your website?

A: Yes. Your card information is sent directly to Stripe using bank-level encryption. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe is used by millions of businesses, including many Fortune 500 companies. You can shop with confidence.

Q2: Do you accept PayPal?

A: Not at this time. We only accept credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay via Stripe. We may add PayPal in the future if there is enough customer demand.

Q3: Why was my card declined even though I have enough money?

A: Common reasons include an incorrect CVV, expired card, billing address mismatch, or your bank’s fraud prevention blocking the transaction. Call your bank to authorize the purchase, then try again. If the problem persists, email us.

Q4: Can I use a prepaid Visa or Mastercard gift card?

A: Many prepaid gift cards work if they are registered with a billing address and have sufficient balance. However, we cannot guarantee compatibility. If your prepaid card is declined, please use a standard debit/credit card.

Q5: How long do refunds take?

A: Once we approve your refund, Stripe processes it within 3–5 business days. Your bank may take an additional 2–3 days to reflect the credit. In total, expect 5–10 business days from our approval to money back in your account.

Q6: Do you charge sales tax?

A: No. T2T SIMPLE LTD is a UK-based company, and we do not collect US state sales tax. You are responsible for any use tax obligations in your state.

Q7: Can I change my payment method after placing an order?

A: No, once an order is placed, we cannot switch the payment method. You would need to cancel the order (within 1 hour of placement) and place a new order with the correct payment method.

Q8: What happens if I am charged twice?

A: Duplicate charges are extremely rare but can happen due to browser glitches. Check your bank statement carefully. If you see two identical charges, email us immediately with your order number and a screenshot. We will refund the duplicate within 24 hours.

Q9: Do you offer installment plans or buy-now-pay-later?

A: Not currently. Because our products are very affordable ($4–$8 each), we do not offer Afterpay, Klarna, or similar services.

Q10: How do I know my Apple Pay or Google Pay transaction went through?

A: You will see a confirmation screen on your device, and you will receive an order confirmation email from us within minutes. If you do not receive the email, the transaction may have failed.

10. Our Commitment to Transparent Pricing

At T2T SIMPLE LTD, we hate hidden fees as much as you do. That is why we make this promise:

  • No payment surcharges – You never pay extra for using a credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.

  • No subscription traps – We do not enroll you in recurring billing unless you explicitly sign up for a future service (which we do not currently offer).

  • No dynamic currency conversion – We charge in USD. Your bank handles the conversion to your local currency at their fair exchange rate.

  • No surprise fees – The total you see at checkout, including shipping, is the total you pay.

If you ever see a charge from us that you do not recognize, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and, if it was an error on our part, refund it promptly.

Final Thoughts: Pay with Confidence
